To develop and extend skills mastered in the pre-school classes we now have a session for older children, where they are encouraged to take greater ownership of the story for themselves.

Children will use their imagination and a few mysterious resources to create and role-play a different story each week. Classes are designed to develop vocabulary, self-confidence and story-telling skills in a fun and imaginative way. There is also a good dose of music, singing, teamwork and drama-games. This is less about 'performance' and much more about a 'dramatic experience'. The program links with current National Curriculum outcomes. Skills developed in class can increase literacy abilities at school.
